How to sign up for KaryaGram account?
  1. Open KaryaGram
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Tap on ‘Sign Up’ button
  4. Enter your contact details
  5. That’s it! You are now a proud member of the KaryaGram family and we hope you enjoy your stay.

What type of images do I have to use for the poster?

When uploading an image, make sure to use the url that start with HTTP/HTTPS.

  1. Go to your favorite image hosting website.
  2. Open up the image that you want to use for your poster.
  3. Right click on the image and click on 'Copy Image Address'.
  4. Now you can paste that link on our poster field.

Events

How to create an event?
  1. Go to KaryaGram dashboard by either logging in or signing up.
  2. Click on the ‘Create New Event’ button and fill out the required fields.
  3. Click ‘Create Event’ button once you are done filling out the form.
  4. Congratulations! Your event is now created but it will not be published without adding tickets to your event.

How can organizers share their events?
  1. From the organizer dashboard, click on ‘Manage’ button.
  2. Now, you can share your events to anyone that you want over the internet.
  3. It’s not just you, sometimes we get shocked at how simple this process is.

How can audience share events?
  1. From anywhere on the app, Tap on the share icon
  2. Now, you will be able share that event with your friends and families using any preferred method.

How to view events as an organizer?
  1. Log into karyagram.com.
  2. Click on the ‘View’ button.
  3. The view that you see will be the same view that any users can see.

How can I set my events as live?
  1. Go to www.karyagram.com and log in.
  2. Click on the title of the event that you want to set as live.
  3. You will see the ‘Undo Live’ button once your event is live.
  4. Now, your event is live and audience will be able to buy tickets to you event

How can I view my events from the app?
  1. Open KaryaGram from your phone and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Check the ‘Use as organizer’ button while logging in.
  4. Once logged in, you will be able to see all your events.

  1. Open KaryaGram from your phone and log in.
  2. Tap on the Profile tab.
  3. Tap on the ‘Use as Organizer’ button to use the app as an organizer
  4. Tap on the Home tab and you will see all of your events

Tickets

How to purchase tickets?
  1. Click on the 'Login' button at the top right.
  2. Tap on the ‘Purchase Tickets’ and decide how many friends/family members you want to take.
  3. Enter your Contact Information if you are not logged in and tap ‘Checkout’
  4. You just bought tickets for your favorite events from your phone!
  5. Yup, it’s that simple!

How to create tickets?
  1. When creating tickets, you must decide(specify) if it will be a free or paid event.
  2. On the Quantity field, you must enter the total amount of tickets you have. You will be able to come back to this screen and change the price of the tickets.
  3. You must also let the users know how many tickets you want your audience to buy at each time by entering the minimum and maximum amount.
